The Customer, by accepting the terms of this Agreement and starting cooperation with the Contractor, confirms its consent to the terms of the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n<p>2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services (specify a list of services with a detailed description, scope of work and deadlines).<\/p>\n<p>3. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT<\/p>\n<p>3.1. The cost of services provided by the Contractor is calculated individually and will be confirmed in the individual estimate or contract issued to the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Payment for services is made by the Customer in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the individual estimate or contract.<\/p>\n<p>4. COMPLETION DATES<\/p>\n<p>4.1. Terms of performance of services are specified in the individual estimate or contract between the Contractor and the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/p>\n<p>5.1. The Parties are responsible for fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>6. PRIVACY POLICY<\/p>\n<p>6.1. The Contractor undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Customer during the performance of the Contract.<\/p>\n<p>7. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/p>\n<p>7.1. Other terms and conditions not provided for in this offer are specified in the individual estimate or contract between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>8. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n<p>8.1. This Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Customer accepts the terms of the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>8.2.
